Kirusa Launches Celeb Connect™ and Sports Connect™ Services in Peru

These value added services will enable Peruvians to interact and engage with celebrities and also listen to exclusive soccer voice updates. This is a one-of-a-kind service available in the country.

The services are available across Peru, for the subscribers of a leading telecom carrier, on smart phones and feature phones. They can also share this with their friends on Facebook and Twitter, increasing the level of engagement.  Further, the fans get an opportunity to speak and engage with the celebrities in multiple ways on-line and off-line.

The ‘Sports Connect’ service sends out daily sports news with a mix of team news, professional pre and post-match analysis, and with quotes from leading managers and players. With clubs like Alianza Lima, Universitario, and Sporting Cristal to choose from, the sports bulletins are available in Spanish and English languages.

Celeb Connect service by Kirusa has already received tremendous response in four countries, where more than 90 celebrities are using the service to stay in touch with over 4 million fans. Similarly, Sports Connect, offered in partnership with Goal.com, currently connects 1.7 million fans, in eight countries, to twelve soccer clubs and national teams.
